Matt Bostick

 Matt was born and raised in Lubbock, TX. While attending Texas Tech University, Matt fell in love with the hospitality industry. After graduating, Matt moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the alcohol industry. While in LA, Matt honed his skills while working at some of the nation’s best restaurants as a sommelier, and was named Zagat ‘30 Under 30’ for his work in the field. After years of hard work, Matt and David partnered to create Baldoria in downtown LA. 

 The genesis for B&K cocktails came from the experiments they did for Baldoria’s cocktail program and the realization that every person should (and could!) have an amazing cocktail anywhere, anytime.

David King

 Another proud native Texan, David graduated from the University of Texas with highest honors. After deciding to forego grad school to study poetry, he moved to Los Angeles where he eventually met Matt while working as a sommelier at Osteria Mozza. David has been working in the hospitality industry since he was 17, taking on every role from busboy to sommelier to bartender to beverage director, and currently, alongside Matt, he is the proud owner of Baldoria in downtown LA.
